With over a decade of experience in program management, board governance, and community development, I help mission-driven leaders bring structure to their vision. Whether you’re launching a grassroots initiative, leading a nonprofit board, or managing a community-focused team, I specialize in building the simple systems that turn big ideas into sustainable impact.
My work is rooted in practicality, equity, and clarity. I’ve served on multiple nonprofit boards and community committees, so I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing purpose with capacity. I bring that insight into every engagement, helping leaders align their teams, streamline their operations, and stay accountable to their goals.
I live in Greendale, Wisconsin, with my four children, and I’m deeply committed to strengthening my local and professional communities by making them stronger, more collaborative, and more strategic.
